                                                                                                                                       We consider SAFETY to be our primary goal in training. All of our horses are started under saddle only when they are ready. We pay lots of attention to their individual temperaments and talents. As a matter of course we “desensitize” our horses to loud noises, dogs, cars, heavy machinery, flashing lights and sirens, flapping flags, overhangs, bridges, and a variety of objects on the ground.  We have a world class obstacle course which includes ramps, bridges, steps, and even a “horse seesaw”! While some of our horses reach Mounted Police Patrol level, others simply become safer, calmer trail horses.
