Welcome to Heavensgait Farm, home of smooth-gaited Missouri Fox Trotters and Spotted Saddle Horses bred and trained to be the ultimate equine companions!

We are a small breeding farm located in
Southwest Virginia.  Our colts and fillies are
bred out of our top quality
Missouri Fox Trotter mares
and our double-registered Missouri
Fox Trotter/ Spotted Saddle Horse stallion,
Frontier Scout.  Our MFT youngsters are
blue papered, so the breed characteristics
so desirable in a Missouri Fox Trotter are
 well-established throughout their bloodlines.
Many have inherited the brilliant
tobiano
spotting pattern of their sire,
and we currently have a black and white
homozygous stud colt for sale.
All of our youngsters have been
imprinted,
handled regularly, and trained through
natural horsemanship methods.
Both sire and dams are on the premises.

Whether you are looking for a foal to raise, or a young horse already started under saddle, we have the finest Missouri Fox Trotters
east of the Mississippi.
We are also expecting a new crop of 2005 foals!
